Wellness is a process, but never a static state. It’s a result of dynamic energy exchange between an individual and everything in creation. It’s not always the absence of dis-ease, but moving towards a state of consciousness through awareness, education and growth. This narrative opens the mind of the reader to explore and thrive. For 27 years, I’ve been living a holistic lifestyle, without negating the path. It's been a rewarding journey, as the results are revealed through my age, physical abilities, and medical reports. There's no convincing me that living in harmony with creation is set in motion for staying healthy. Heaven knows how much I refute to catching a cold. I make an assertive effort to boost my immunity, so when the cold and flu season hits, I'm armed with ammunition to prevent it. I've been very successful over the years. Unfortunately this isn’t the case with so many of my peers, whom I grew up with. We must evolve to perfect health, even in a world stricken with epidemic dis-ease.
My 5-step holistic strategy is designed to help practical people live longer healthier lives. By boosting immunity, the body is able to avenge foreign invaders. There’s a massive distinction between modern day, dis-ease care and natural health care. While doctors practice prevention through detection and screenings, natural health differs in that aspect. Changing the behavior and mindset yields better results. The results are crystal clear. I encourage my clients to be opened to new ideas on life. Modern medicine has a place in society for emergency cases. Nonetheless, a holistic approach deems to be more viable and safe. So to balance hormones, eat healthier, lose weight, and feel better with optimum energy, can be done without dieting, drugs or strenuous exercise. It’s a lifestyle to attain.

Take it to the next level
Wellness requires self-responsibility and love. It's alright to visit the doctor annually. But the state of health depends on the individual contribution to self-care. Becoming more aware of the emotional, physical, and spiritual systems, requires taking deeper inventory of self. Listen for answers from within, and seek a qualified, holistic practitioner for guidance. Often people depend on doctors for taking care of their needs. This demonstrates a passive behavior. The most you’ll get are drug-induced, temporary fixes that mask symptoms.
Know your body
After all, it’s your body. The doctor writes prescriptions based on the analogy the patient conveys. I’ve been pushed out of doctor's offices in the past few years. They don't want to see me due to my ‘undeniable’ good health. I’ll elaborate on this in my upcoming seminar. Please don’t misinterpret the intent of this information. I’m not disregarding doctors, because they have their place as mentioned earlier. Wellness is the sole responsibility of the individual. It can be a daunting task staying on track. But raising awareness, and being in contact with a supportive tribe, invigorate the journey.
Make the shift
Change the paradigm - shift to an abundant mindset! Many medical mistakes are made from inaccurate medicines and misdiagnoses. Statistics revealed that the Western culture lifespan and misuse of drugs rank twenty-one, which is high compared to other countries. Since sickness is a business relatively speaking, the big pharma industry isn’t interested in healthy people. The individual must urgently adopt a new set of beliefs and behavior.
To be free from dis-ease is to assert power. Victory validated! “Whatever the mind can conceive, it can be achieved.” Reconstructing the subconscious mind impacts ones higher consciousness.
